WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We typically ship all orders within 3-8 business days. For Expedited Processing at checkout, we'll ship within 24-48 hours depending on time of day the orders are placed.

WHICH CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We ship all items with USPS. For international shipments, your local mail carrier will handle and deliver the item once it enters your country.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

We ship all orders from our USA factory.

I DIDN'T RECIEVE MY ORDER

Please email us at info@filmat11gifts.com and provide your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.

Changing EU customs regulations means you may be charged sales tax (VAT) upon delivery of your order.  Your country’s tax authority will offer best guidance on what fees are due on items shipped from the USA.

The recipient pays all custom fees. 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

If you choose shipping insurance at checkout it covers you in case the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. To make a claim, contact us. Please note - shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has shipped.
